Our November Courses
Ready to start your pole journey? With Ellen Birkenhauer
This 4 week course is perfect for complete beginners, no experience needed!
Build strength, learn fun spins & moves, and boost your confidence, all in a supportive & friendly environment.
Shorts and a crop top are advisable as you will need skin on pole contact.
Remove all jewellery before the class and do not use any lotion the day of the class to avoid slipping on the pole.
This course will take place on Mondays from the 3rd November 2025 until the 24th November 2025 at 19:15 until 20:30.
The location of this course will be at The Gallery Unit 2.1 in Islington Studios, 159-163 Marlborough Road, Islington, London, N19 4NF.

The perfect course to build your technique for experienced pole and aerial dancers or those completely new to the world of Ballet/Dance.
This is a four week course commencing on the 4th November 2025 with the final sessions being on the 25th November 2025.
Classes will be at The Gallery in Islington Studios, 159-163 Marlborough Road, Islington, London, N19 4NF.
Classes in this course will run from 19:45 until 21:00.
