Access:66 Membership — Terms & Conditions (Founders Edition)


Applies to: Founding Members only

1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

  • Access:66 is a weekly billed membership at £25 per week, providing unlimited access to eligible classes at Studio 66.

  • Your payment method on file will be charged every 7 days from your original activation date.

  • Access includes:

    • Pole

    • Aerial

    • Chains

    • Straps

  • Speciality formats, events, and workshops are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing Admin@studiosixtysix.co.uk.

  • Cancellations require 14 days’ notice from the date of your email.

  • You will continue to have full class access during this 14-day period.

  • Charges already made during the notice period are non-refundable.

3. PAUSE POLICY

  • You may pause your membership for up to 2 weeks in any 3-month period.

  • Pauses must be taken in full 7-day blocks (e.g. one 14-day pause, or two 7-day pauses).

  • Please email at least 48 hours before your next billing date to request a pause.

  • Your billing will be suspended during the pause and will resume automatically once the pause ends.

4. BOOKING RULES & PENALTIES

Access:66 allows unlimited weekly bookings — there is no cap on the number of sessions you can attend.

To keep booking fair for all members, the following policies apply:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of class start time.

  • A £5 late cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 12 hours.

  • A £10 no-show fee applies if you do not attend and fail to cancel.

  • These fees will be charged to your card on file automatically.

  • Frequent no-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary booking limits or suspension.

5. FAIR USAGE

As a Founding Member, your access is truly unlimited — no class caps, no usage limits.

We ask that members book responsibly and only reserve sessions they intend to attend. This helps us protect availability for all Founders and maintain high-quality sessions.

No fair usage caps will be introduced for Founders. If this ever changes in the future, you'll be notified in advance (see below).

6. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP

  • We will give at least 14 days’ notice before making any material changes to:

    • Price

    • Cancellation or pause terms

    • What’s included in your membership

  • During this window, you will have the option to cancel with no penalty.

7. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that life happens — injury, illness, pregnancy, or unexpected events.

If something comes up and you need extended time off, just email us. While we can’t promise unlimited pauses, we’ll always try to help where we can.

We aim to respond within 48 hours Monday–Friday.

9. FINAL NOTE

Your continued membership under Access:66 means you accept these terms. You’ll always be treated with fairness, clarity, and respect — and we’ll always keep Founders at the heart of what we build.
