A little time.
Your own pace.
Sometimes you want time to go over what you’ve learnt, work on a routine or simply enjoy moving. Book a pole-hire slot and make space for your own practice.
Pole hire is independent practice, rather than a taught class. If you’re brand new to pole, start with a beginner course.

you might
be wondering.
And if your question isn’t here, you can always ask us.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. You can book a place for yourself—you don’t need to bring a friend or a partner.
Do I need pole experience?
Not for START POLE. If you’ve trained before, use the pathway descriptions to choose a suitable stage. If you’re unsure, ask us and we’ll help.
Do I automatically move up after four weeks?
Your next step depends on your readiness. Your teacher’s recommendation may be to move forward, keep developing at the current stage, or discuss an individual next step.
What should I wear?
Clothing requirements depend on your session. Check your booking information, or email us with the class name so we can help you prepare.
