Meet Yen Ho.
Yen is a certified Liquid Motion instructor. Her class combines technical explanation with movement exploration, giving you time to understand the fundamentals and apply them.
The focus is an educational, playful environment where you can ask questions and develop your own movement.

This class is listed as open level. If you’re new to floorwork or want to discuss suitability, contact us before booking so we can help you prepare.
Is it just learning a routine?
The class focuses on movement technique and the Liquid Motion methodology. You’ll explore body mechanics, floorwork, travelling drills and transitions, with discussion alongside the physical practice.
What should I bring?
Kneepads may be required. Check the session information or ask us before class for clothing, footwear and equipment guidance.
How long is the class?
60 minutes, including preparation, movement exploration and a cool-down.
